Intercepta AI provides AI-powered marketing compliance monitoring and analysis services including post-publish compliance scanning, real-time monitoring of DAM, CMS, and social media platforms, AI-driven analysis and remediation recommendations, and compliance reporting and audit trails.
To access certain features you may register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for activities under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service.
The Service and its content remain the exclusive property of Sentinel Overwatch Technologies Inc. and its licensors.
You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant Intercepta AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze such content solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Compliance analysis and recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intercepta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify Sentinel Overwatch Technologies Inc. These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware.
We may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. We may terminate access for violations. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
